3. Enquiries and engagements
Submitting a form does not create a consulting relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, access, fees, taxes, and payment dates. Prices shown online are indicative and no payment is accepted through this website.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, lawful access to agreed systems and accurate context; nominate an authorised contact; obtain any permissions needed to share data; and avoid giving us personal data not required by the scope. Delayed access or feedback may move the timetable.
5. Confidentiality and data
Engagement information is handled under the confidentiality and data-processing provisions in the relevant agreement. Each party may disclose confidential information when required by law after giving notice where legally permitted. We apply access minimisation and do not claim ownership of client data.
6. Intellectual property
Signal Mesh Core retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how, and tools. Once undisputed fees are paid, the client receives the rights stated in its agreement to use commissioned deliverables internally. Client names, marks, or confidential results are not published without permission.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent our content as your own. You may link to public pages fairly and with attribution.
8. Liability
