Data we collect
- Enquiry data: name, work email, company, area of interest, message, and consent record.
- Business administration: contact details, correspondence, agreements, invoices, and meeting records.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page for security and reliability.
- Optional site analytics: only after consent, aggregated visit and interaction information. We do not activate optional analytics when consent is declined.
Do not submit customer-level datasets, credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the contact form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond and take steps requested before a contract. We use engagement and administration data to perform contracts, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We process limited logs for legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable site. Optional analytics relies on consent, which may be withdrawn by clearing the saved choice and revisiting the site.
Sharing and international processing
We may use carefully selected hosting, email, document, and professional service providers that process data under instructions and confidentiality commitments. We may disclose information when required by Thai law or to protect legal rights. Where a provider processes information outside Thailand, we assess safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months. Client agreements, invoices, and required tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law, ordinarily up to 10 years. Security logs are normally retained for no more than 90 days unless needed to investigate an incident. We delete or anonymise data when its purpose and required retention end.
Security
We use proportionate access controls, account protection, encrypted transport, provider review, and data minimisation. No internet transmission is risk-free; if a breach creates a legal notification duty, we will notify affected people and authorities as required.
Your rights
Subject to the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify identity. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Children and changes
Our services are intended for business contacts, not children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through this site. We may update this notice when practices or law change and will identify the current effective date above.
