Scope and written agreement
This policy applies to Signal Mesh Core consulting engagements and workshops. Your accepted proposal or statement of work may set project-specific terms; those terms prevail if they differ. We do not sell physical products or accept payment through this website.
Before work starts
If you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed start, amounts paid are eligible for a full refund, less non-recoverable third-party costs approved in advance. For cancellation 5–10 business days before the start, we may retain up to 25% of the engagement fee to cover reserved capacity and completed preparation. Cancellation fewer than 5 business days before the start may incur up to 50%.
Deposits
A proposal may require a deposit to reserve dates. The proposal will state its amount and due date. A deposit is refundable under the cancellation windows above, but becomes non-refundable once work begins except where Signal Mesh Core cancels, materially fails to provide the agreed service, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Work already started
After work starts, fees for completed workshops, analysis, setup, documentation, meetings, and reserved time are non-refundable. If the engagement ends early, we calculate work completed and committed costs against payments received. Any balance for undelivered work is refunded; any shortfall for completed work remains payable. Partial dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will first review the agreed acceptance criteria and offer a reasonable correction where appropriate.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may request one reschedule of a workshop or key session without charge by giving at least 3 business days’ notice, subject to availability. Later changes may be charged for the reserved session if it cannot reasonably be reassigned. If required participants do not attend and no notice is given, the session is treated as delivered. We will provide available notes and can quote a replacement session.
Client delays and cancellation by us
Missing access, approvals, or feedback may shift delivery dates. If a client delay exceeds 20 business days, we may close or re-scope the engagement and invoice work completed. If Signal Mesh Core must cancel and cannot agree a suitable replacement date or consultant, we refund fees for services not provided. This is in addition to rights that cannot be limited under law.
Non-refundable costs
Approved travel, venue costs, specialist licences, purchased datasets, and other third-party materials acquired specifically for the engagement are non-refundable once committed, unless the supplier refunds us. These costs are identified before purchase and are not incurred without client approval.
How to request a refund
Email hello@signalmeshcore.digital with the client name, engagement reference, reason, requested cancellation date, and payment details sufficient to locate the invoice. Request within 14 calendar days of the issue giving rise to the request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and normally decide them within 7 business days.
Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, in the original currency. We initiate payment within 10 business days after approval. Bank or intermediary processing may take longer, and we are not responsible for exchange-rate movement or bank fees outside our control.
Exceptions and contact
We consider documented emergencies, serious illness, and events beyond reasonable control in good faith, including alternative dates or service credit where a cash refund is not otherwise due. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer or contractual rights under Thai law. Contact hello@signalmeshcore.digital before cancelling so we can discuss the least disruptive option.
